Jang Hyuk is HERE!
Jang hyuk has come to Singapore! Omg this is like a dream! This is really one news dat i will never expect! And the best thing is dat he will be here for 2 months!! Anyone who has news or info about him pls pls pls let me know!
Extracted from the The Electric New Paper:
KOREAN actor Jang Hyuk is in town to woo Fann Wong - in a movie, that is.

Jang Hyuk, seen here as a surgeon in Korean TVdrama serial Thank You, will play a ballroom dancer in Dance Of The Dragon, opposite Fann Wong.

The 31-year-old , who arrived from Seoul on a Singapore Airlines flight yesterday evening, will be here for two months for the filming of Hollywood movie Dance Of The Dragon.

It marks his first English feature film since he shot to fame in Asia in Korean box-office hits like Windstruck and Volcano High.

In Dragon, he plays a ballroom dancer who comes between Fann and Jason Scott Lee, who plays a martial arts champion.

The movie will be shot and produced here by Easternlight Film Productions, the Asian production arm of Los Angeles-based Arclight Films.

At the airport, we asked Jang Hyuk if he had met Fann before. He said he hadn't, but had seen her in the movie Shanghai Nights.

'EXCITED'
The soft-spoken actor - who spoke in English - also said he was 'abit' excited about speaking English. 'Before, I haven't been speaking English,' said Jang Hyuk, who will be speaking English for the movie.

He said it was his first time in Singapore.

Jang Hyuk's inclusion will surprise many. The low-profile actor, known for his lopsided grin and rebellious-guy image, has never announced any plans to conquer Hollywood.
He won praise for his role as a renegade surgeon in the Korean TV serial tearjerker Thank You.
Yonhap News Agency reported last month that he was to star in a new Korean film, Beastie Boys, playing a male socialescort.

Budgeted at $4 million, Dance Of The Dragon is partially sponsored by the Singapore Tourism Board and is slated for international release next April.
