Argh... I lost my hp yesterday. sigh.. of all things. A moment of carelessness. Only 5 mins. GOne.

Went to Toilet den joyce called. After finish tok i put on top of the toilet paper holder. Rush out to meet Joyce. Walked away for 5mins ONLY. Realised my phone not wif me. Remembered its in the toilet. Ask Joyce to call my phone. THE PHONE IS OREDI OFF.
Cannot find oso after i go back to the toilet. sigh..
Can there be abit more kindness & honesty in this world? Pls return my phone. I wuld rather pay u. Lost all my contacts so everyone who knows me & reads my blog pls sms me yur contacts & name from tomorrow onwards cos my new sim card needs a day to activate. Thanks.

East West Tournament

Dunno why but on sat night i still dun feel like there is a tourny the next day. Funny thing was after we started to watch the HK drama at Daphne's house we can't stop! Slept at bout 3 loh.. Super sleepy when wake up to go SKC.

When i reach dojo, i scanned thru the list of groups & names on the wall. haha found out dat me & Derek was in the same team. Den i saw Douglas name too! The other two players were juniors & i dun reali know dem well at first but got to know each other better later in the Tourny. My mood was still ok cos i was tinkin wether we win or lose it doesn't matter cos usually dis involves luck more den skill. haha!

But Derek reali shock me today cos he keep scoring pts 4his matches. He has not trained for so long but he has not lost his skills either. Douglas was very good too cos 4his age he's scored quite a few pts on the younger players. The other two players in my team was good too because they did not anyhow hit & eveything they did was good basic cuts & hits which helped the team alot in winning.

Frankly speaking i felt bad at the beginning of the tourny cos i was still half awake & i was hoping dat if we lost we could rest!! Even when we had won in the first match by points thanks 2my team members i was basically resting when i was fighting wif Jaclyn cos i felt no purpose to get points.

It was only at the 2nd match when i was fighting with joyce & she got the first pt from me & i started to woke up. I felt very bad for not trying my best cos my team members was working so hard. So i decided to go all out for it & luckily i scored 2pts from joyce which enabled us to qualify 4the elimination round. haha i use the gedan method again. felt bad bout it.

In the elimination round, my matches were considered easy becos all thanks to my team members who scored & so i juz need to draw the matches. The memorable matches 4me would be fighting the younger morita. He's super fast & good kote player. haha so i tried using the gedan method on him so that my kote would be less targetted. My team had won only by 1pt so i die die have to draw with morita. haha! I did alot of weird swinging motion wif my shinai in order to prevent being hit. Felt so silly when Morita was juz standing there watching while i hit the air.. 0.0

Later when we proceeded to the finals & when i look at the opposite team, i realli felt dat we were going to lose. cos the other team was much younger, faster & stronger. haha! But later Douglas told me dat hopefully we can win the gold medal dis yr, i told myself i wuld try my best for dem. Our team is reali very interesting. haha! the most quiet team. We nvr talk much to each other & mostly juz ended up whispering good luck & good fight. hee..

During the finals, i was telling dem pls score pls score so that i juz need to draw cos my opponent is a very fast & strong teenage player from Waseda. haha! BUT very funny our sempo, jiho & chuken draw everything & when it was Derek's turn i was hoping a win from him. He did got the 1st pt which makes me felt abit relieved but when the time was almost up, he lost a pt so it became a draw. haha! I turn 2look at daphne, Jaclyn, Joyce & my team members & in a way i was actually laughing becos i reali appreciate these frens & seniors who supported me & i juz shouted in my heart: "Why put me in this situation again?!!!" haha!

Finally i won by a kote pt. Happy. can't wait to call my 'Grandfather'.

I tink alot of ppl like to complain about their life or blame their unhappiness on others. Why dun u try to do some self reflections b4 pointing yur finger at others.

Sometimes in life we meet wif obstacles or situations dat we dun like 2be in. But we shld alwaz look on the positive side of things b4 complaining. Think about someone who could be in a worse situation den u rather den only seeing yurself as the most unlucky person in the world.

You cannot pleased everyone but being yurself doesn't mean dat ppl have to accept yur selfish ways. When things turn ugly, u only see others at fault.

Start asking yurself truthfully how have u been treating others & yur job. What i can see from u is when u have everything u abuse it & when u dun have it u complains. And when it gets worse u juz feel like the whole world owes u for it. Den u give up because u think the whole world is against u. And u have the cheek to complain about yur situation.

Do not be afraid to ask ppl for honest answers & be willing to accept criticism or truths. But i doubt u wuld do so becos u are living in a little tiny world of yur own where only unhappiness surrounds u & everybody owes u a living.

Wonder if its due to my PMS or its becos i juz found out that my fren is in trouble. He has got into something illegal. I know young ppl nowadays dun like 2b nag at or anyone persuading dem 2stop something dey feel is a small thing.

But dey dun realise Dat small things usually leads 2big things.

I'm not going to persuade him or pressure him but if he ever reads my blog, I juz wan 2tel him dun make yurself regret wat u have done in future.

Pls think bout it, as a fren i oredi felt so hurt that i culd not do anything knowing that u r in trouble. Think about how yur parents will feel. How yur Mum feels. Think about how hurt the ppl who cares about u if dey know of yur situation.

I always regard u as my younger brother & juz 2let u know that if there is ever one ting u wan me 2do 2stop u from continuing wat u r doing now, i will do it. Taking actions on my own will only create misunderstanding 4us so i wun do it. Maybe watch too much drama so can learn abit. hee~ Seriously speaking yur mum i believe wud b the most hurt & like me she wuld hope so much 2do something 4u too if she ever knows about yur situation.

So if u love yur mum, stop now b4 its too late. Remember if u r afraid of wasting $$$ i rather i pay u the $$$ & u stop loh.

If u need i'm alwaz available 2listen 2u. I'll try 2b there 4u if it can stop u from Dat. There r so much more tings to do in life den Dat. If u regard me as yur fren & as yur da jie, pls stop it 4me can? It will never change my impression of u no matter wat u do. Its the same as u will not change yur impression of me even though u know my situation rite?

But if u continue Dat, u r hurting me & yur parents. I seriously hope 2c u get out of Dat situation & spend more valuable time wif family & frens.

I lost my mum & i know how painful it is to regret later. I dun wish 2lose a younger brother. & yur mum dun wish 2lose her son too.

Yeah! Jap class tonite. haha! Wonder wat to laf again tonite.

Japanese words of the week: Chi CHi No Ue
(meaning: top of the nipple)

Haha! got dis word from joyce. Can u believe it? from joyce. haha! we were talking bout our jap class & den we tok bout the word chi chi which in japanese can be mean our father or erm.. nipple. Den we joke bout how Yixin had misuse the word many times by saying watashino chi chi which erm.. means my n*****. haha cos in japanese we only need say chi chi which means our father & only in formal times when we introduce our father in front of others den we use watshino chi chi. But she goes around telling others watashino chi chi goes to jurong point.. etc.. means her n***** went around... :)

DEN joyce started to ask Kiyo wat does chi chi no ue means cos she heard it somewhere b4. Den Kiyo gave a O.o look & say eh... top of the nipple? Ha ha we juz burst out laughing & finally he understand. The actual word was chi chi ue. Dis words were used in the ancient period in Japan where children has to address their fathers because ue means top so as to signifies dat father are like at the top of everyone in the family. BUT joyce had to add a no to dis chi chi ue & so became the joke of the night. haha!

BBQ season~~

Super packed day.

First me & joyce met up at suntec cos she got things to do at office. Then we went down to East Coast to attend kendo juniors bbq. Die lah i tink one day i might juz reali turn deaf. sob.. Joyce was telling me to look out for the drain as we were walking & i said: "Brain? Where? wat brain?" joyce nearly puked blood. hee.. Brought some yaki onigiris for dem to BBQ. Ate a hotdog & we cycled to a nearby hawker to buy longan drink b4 leaving east coast.

After dat we went to suntec again to meet up & pick up a fren & his gf b4 going for another fren's BBQ. Super nice cosy house & wonderful pool. can't wait to go again. Joyce uploaded the photos liao so i tink will not put up. hee so can save space.


Mikio's Bday!

We den went down to the one of the pubs beside the MOS. haha Mikeo look so matured although he's only 21 dis year??!! So young... sigh.. old liao.. hee but surprised he suggested going down 4drinks wif everyone so i dun mind cos long time did not drink liao oso.

Oh ya! Xu Ning was oso at the pub! Finally see his botak head. tried so hard to take his cap off & take picture. But managed to force him take a pic together! haha!

Mikio ordered the Lamborghini 4all of us for his bday. Its a very nice drink whereby they lights up the drink on fire & we have to drink it up quick b4 the fire dies out & at the end they poured something greenish which tasted like baileys. But NICE. :)

Didn't know dat yixin is quite a good drinker. wonder wat she'll do if she's drunk. haha!
After dat was still thirsty so ordered 2 more jugs Bourbon coke & as the rest was slpy & tired. So me, mikeo, yixin, jensen & xu ning decided to have a speed drinking session of finishing the jugs by putting all our straws into the jug & suck as fast as possible! haha! dat was fun! Muz try it again.

Yeah! my printer is here! Finally i can start compiling my photos & decorate my albums to keep.


After work.

I went to Waraku wif Kiyo after work for our dinner. He's going to be very busy for the coming week so we decided to spent some time today.

Super long queue at the restaurant. We got number 23 but the queue number was only till 16. so we waited... But Waraku is very good wif service & the price is also affordable for such good food. They even serve cold drinks to the ppl waiting outside.



Finally! Our turn. I always order the same at Waraku. Hokkai Tororo Cold Soba. Its like a must eat for me once or twice a month. Love the white yam mix wif soba! i tried something similar in Japan but dey use seaweed instead. Sticky type of seaweed. This yam is also sticky & when mix into cold soba is like heavenly. haha! But i dun like the type of sticky in Natto. Tried once & that wil be my last. The sticky yam is also very healthy cos it leaves u very full minus the fat. hee. Its also difficult to find in restaurants so i'm very glad dat Waraku has it & its considered cheap cos dis Yam is quite hard to get. Another place i tried dis yam mix in cold soba dish is in this soba restaurant in Paragon. Its even much better taste there cos the soba is handmade at the restaurant but its quite costly. Kiyo ordered the Katsu curry udon. haha very surprise for me cos he usually orders the soup base ramen.

I saw my fren working there today. He's very nice & friendly. Kept apologising to us for long waiting. Actually dis is very typical service in Japan but in Singapore if any staff dat does dat we will feel very warm cos seldom u see good service nowadays. Although my fren is a japanese but he's super friendly to everyone. He even ran out of the restaurant to say thank you for comin & sorry for the slow service when we left the restaurant. So touched by his kind gestures.

Go for Massage!! yeah! So shuang... been waiting for this massage for so long cos everytime no time to go. My shoulders are going to break soon if dun go.
